What is Y1.com?
Y1.com is an Android app for real-money games. Open it and the top bar shows the “Y1.COM” name, a rupee balance pill and your avatar, while the bottom bar reads MENU, RANKING, GET CASH, VIP and EARN. The side menu leads to crash games, slots, live casino tables, poker, fishing and sports.
You register with an Indian mobile number and an OTP, and money moves in rupees, usually by UPI. You won’t find it on the Play Store. It installs from an APK file, and our Y1.com game download guide covers the install. There is no iPhone version.
Why so many spellings? The brand looks like a web address, so people type “y1.com”, squash it into “y1com”, or say “y1 com game” out loud to a voice search. All of them describe one app and one account.

Money in, money out
Every deposit and withdrawal starts at the Wallet, which opens from the wallet button inside the balance pill on the home screen’s top bar. There you’ll see a gold My Balance card with a red Withdraw button and a gold Deposit button beneath it.
Adding money
Tap Deposit. The next screen shows two cards, Cash balance and Withdrawable, then an amount field with eight preset buttons. You can tap a preset or type your own amount within the minimum and maximum printed above the field.
Under “Promotion amount” sits a first-deposit bonus option with a green tick. The red line below it says that joining the offer makes your withdrawal subject to a wagering requirement based on the deposit amount. Untick the option if you want that deposit kept clear of the condition.
When we checked on 16 September 2026, the Deposit screen’s tips said each deposit is credited within 1-5 minutes, and to contact customer service if it hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes. Keep your UPI reference until the balance moves.
Taking money out
Withdrawable is the only figure you can cash out. Money still tied to bonus wagering shows in your Cash balance but not in Withdrawable, which is why the two numbers often differ.
Start from the red Withdraw button on the Wallet, pick the amount and your UPI ID or bank account, then submit the request. The app may ask you to verify your identity, and the name on the receiving account may need to match yours.
When we checked on 16 September 2026, the Wallet’s withdraw tip said payouts normally arrive within 2 hours, with 24 hours as the longest wait. The VIP tab also lists a daily withdrawal limit, free daily withdrawals and a withdrawal fee for each level, so glance at it before a large request.

Stay safe while you use it
The biggest risks sit outside the app itself: tampered APK files, lookalike sign-in pages and strangers pretending to be staff. These habits cover most of them.
- Install only from the official link on our download guide, never from a file forwarded in a group chat.
- After installing, compare the home screen with our tour: the “Y1.COM” name, the balance pill and the five-button bottom bar.
- Ignore any APK sold as a “mod”, “hack” or “unlimited coins” edition.
- Type your OTP only into the app’s own sign-in screen, never into a page someone sent you a link to.
- No genuine helper needs your password, OTP or UPI PIN, and that includes our Telegram team.
- Pay only through Pay Now on the Deposit screen. Its Important notes ask you not to change the payment amount or reuse saved QR codes or UPI accounts.

Frequently asked questions
What does y1com mean when you search for it?
“y1com” is Y1.com typed without the dot. It leads to the same Android gaming app whose logo reads “Y1.COM”, and so do “y1 com” and “y1 com game”. Results for those spellings can include lookalike pages, so take the APK only from the official link and compare what you see with the screenshots on this page.
Can the y1.com help centre fix my account or balance?
No. This help centre is run by a separate team with no view into any player’s account, wallet or password. Balance, deposit, withdrawal and lock problems belong with customer service inside the app, reached through the headset icon on the Wallet or Deposit screen. We explain the steps and error messages, and tell you which details to include when you write to them.
Why do the y1.com website and app show different balances?
Both sign in to the same account, so a mismatch usually means one screen is still showing an older figure. Close and reopen the app, or log out and sign back in on both, then compare again. If the numbers still disagree after a few minutes, screenshot both and send them to in-app customer service. Don’t make a fresh deposit just to test it.
Where can I find my y1.com uid?
Tap MENU on the bottom bar. Your player name sits at the top of the side menu, with “uid” and a number underneath and a small copy icon beside it. Customer service may ask for this number when you report a problem. It identifies your account but is not a secret like an OTP or password.
Which y1.com screen has the customer service button?
Open the Wallet from the balance pill on the home screen. The headset icon in the top-right corner is customer service, and the same icon appears on the Deposit screen. The icon next to it opens your records, which helps you find the exact time and amount of a payment before you start a chat.
What do the five buttons at the bottom of y1.com open?
MENU opens the side menu with every game section plus Promotions and Deposit. RANKING shows the Day Rank and Week Rank jackpot leaderboards. GET CASH leads to the Cash Promotions screen, where offers like Spin the Wheel and Push the Coins are listed. VIP shows your level and its withdrawal privileges, and EARN opens invite rewards with its own Rules tab.
Why does y1.com show VIP0 on my profile picture?
That badge is your current VIP level, and our test account showed VIP0 too. The VIP tab shows a track of levels (V1, V2, V3 and onwards) with a progress counter under each. Will y1.com ask for KYC before I can withdraw?
It may. The app can ask you to verify your identity or payment details, and the name on your UPI ID or bank account may need to match your account name. These rules can change, so the withdraw screen and customer service have the final word. Never send ID documents to anyone who contacts you outside the app.
Is it safe to pay a y1.com recharge agent on WhatsApp?
We can’t vouch for anyone who offers to top up your balance over chat, and a payment to a stranger leaves no deposit record in your account. The route you can check is the Pay Now button on the Deposit screen, which hands over to your UPI app. If you think you were cheated, call 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
Can I play y1.com on a laptop?
The app is built for Android phones, and we have not seen an official Windows or Mac version. Some people run the APK inside an Android emulator, but that is unofficial. Emulator downloads can come bundled with unwanted software, your account may see extra security checks from what looks like a new device, and games can run slowly.
