We are an independent guide, not the Y1.com operator. That decides which questions we can actually answer.
Who handles what
We can help with
APK install errors, “Install unknown apps” settings and Play Protect prompts.
Finding a screen, tab or button, such as the Withdrawable card or the EARN Rules tab.
Explaining a term or a step in one of our guides.
Reports of wrong or outdated information on this site.
In-app customer service must handle
Deposits that have not arrived and withdrawals that are stuck.
Locked, restricted or frozen accounts, and KYC or name checks.
Password resets, a changed mobile number and bonus disputes.
Closing or restricting your account. Open the Wallet and tap the headset icon.
For a payment problem, start with the Y1.com help and error lookup. It lists the usual causes and what to tell customer service.
Put this in your first message
- Your phone brand and model name.
- Your Android version, found under Settings, then About phone.
- A screenshot of the error or screen, with your balance, mobile number and uid cropped out.
- The address of the page you were following, for example the Y1.com game download guide.
- The step number where things went wrong and roughly when it happened.
One complete message gets a useful answer faster than several short ones.
We never ask for these
No one from this help centre will ask for your password, an OTP, your UPI PIN or any money, and we will never ask you to install a “support” app or share your screen. Anyone who does is impersonating us. Stop replying and see our guide Is Y1.com real or fake? for what to do next.
Frequently asked questions
Someone messaged me first saying they are from your help centre. Is that you?
No. We only reply to people who write to us, and we never start a chat, offer to recover funds or ask for a fee. Check that the handle matches the one shown at the top of this page. If it does not, block the account and report it inside Telegram.
Can I send a correction for one of your guides?
Yes, and it helps other readers. Send the page address, the step that looks wrong and a screenshot of what your app shows now. We re-test the flow on our Android phones before changing the page, then update its date.
