About the Y1.com Help Centre and How We Work

Who writes this site

The Y1.com Help Centre is written and updated by the Y1.com Help Centre Editorial Team. Pages are published under that shared name instead of individual bylines, so the method matters more than any one writer.

The site exists for one kind of visitor: someone with a single job to finish in the Y1.com Android app, such as installing it, signing in, adding money or understanding a stuck withdrawal. Each guide tries to answer that job in its opening lines and then show the screens in order.

What we are, and what we are not

We are an independent publisher of how-to guides. We do not own or operate the Y1.com app, its games, its wallet or its offers, and we are not its customer service desk.

That limits what we can do for you:

• We cannot open, view, unlock or delete any player account.
• We cannot send, receive, trace or reverse a payment.
• We cannot reset a password, resend an OTP or change a registered mobile number.
• We cannot approve a bonus, raise a VIP level or change any limit.

All of those sit with the operator. Inside the app, the operator’s support team sits behind the headset symbol on the Wallet page and the Deposit page. Anyone who contacts you claiming to fix your balance on our behalf is not part of this site.

How we check what we publish

Guides are built from the app itself, not from forwarded claims or other websites. Before a page goes live, and again whenever it is revised, we follow the same routine.

1. Install from the same link our buttons use

   The APK is installed on Android test phones through the official download link, and every permission request, Play Protect prompt and install message is noted exactly as it appears.

2. Walk through each screen by hand

   We tap through the Wallet, Deposit, Cash Promotions, RANKING, VIP and EARN screens and the side menu, recording button names, tab labels and the app’s own tips word for word.

3. Leave out figures we cannot keep current

   Deposit ranges, bonus badges, VIP fees and prize headlines change between builds, so we describe what each element does rather than printing its value. Examples with rupee amounts are always labelled hypothetical.

4. Date every checked fact

   Guides carry a “Last verified” date. When we quote a timing tip from the app, we say which day we saw it.

5. Re-check after app updates

   When a new build changes a screen, a label or a flow, the affected pages are walked through again and their dates refreshed.

We never publish player numbers, win rates or promises about earnings. Real-money games carry a real risk of loss, and our guides describe them as entertainment.

Affiliate disclosure

Every download button here is a sponsored link. When a reader installs the app or opens an account after tapping one, the site may earn a commission from that referral.

This income pays for test phones, hosting and the hours spent re-checking screens. It does not change the steps we publish. Install warnings, wagering conditions, withdrawal delays and legal restrictions stay on the page even when they make the app look less appealing.

Tell us on our Telegram. The fastest reports include the page address, the step or sentence that looks wrong, and a screenshot of what your app shows instead, with your balance and mobile number covered.

Genuine errors are corrected and the page date is updated. If the app has simply changed, we re-test that flow before rewriting it. Our contact page explains what else to include.
