Install unknown apps is granted per app
On Android 8 and newer, the permission belongs to whichever app opens the APK, not to the whole phone. If Chrome saved the file but you tap it inside Files, then Files is the app that needs permission.
The Settings shortcut on the install prompt is quickest. Otherwise, search Settings for “unknown”. It often sits under Apps, then Special app access, but brands move it around.
Older phones (Android 7 and earlier) have one phone-wide Unknown sources toggle, usually found under Security. Once the app is installed, you can switch the permission off again and turn it back on when an update arrives.

Chrome shows a caution for most APK downloads, and on its own it does not mean the file is infected. Treat it as a reminder to check the source, then continue only if you started from the official link.
Play Protect dialogs
Play Protect may do one of three things. It can offer to scan an app it has not seen before, which is sensible to accept. It can warn that it does not recognise the developer, with More details leading to an Install anyway choice.
It can also block the app outright as harmful. In that case, stop and delete the file rather than hunting for a workaround. Never switch Play Protect off to force an install. Updating: install the new file on top
To update, repeat the Y1 com game download from the same official link and open the new file while the old app is still installed. Android should present it as an update to the existing app. Uninstalling first is unnecessary and only wipes your saved sign-in.
