Y1.com Promotions Explained: Offers, Bonus Balance and Rules
Short answer
Y1.com promotions live on the Cash Promotions screen, which opens from the GET CASH tab and lists Spin the Wheel and Push the Coins. The first-deposit bonus is a separate option on the Deposit screen. Any bonus you join can hold back withdrawals until a wagering condition is met, so open each offer’s rules before taking part.

Where Y1.com promotions appear in the app
Most y1.com promotions sit behind GET CASH, the treasure-chest button in the middle of the bottom bar. Tap it and a screen titled Cash Promotions opens with the current offer banners.
The side menu also has a Promotions row, just above the highlighted Deposit row. GET CASH is quicker, because the bottom bar stays visible on the main screens.
When we checked on 16 September 2026, Cash Promotions listed two activities: Spin the Wheel and Push the Coins. The operator controls this list, so banners can change or vanish between visits.

Spin the Wheel
The banner reads “Spin the Wheel to Win Cash” beside a prize-wheel graphic. If you searched for spin the wheel y1.com, this is the one.
Push the Coins
The banner reads “Push the Coins Win Real Cash” and shows an arcade coin-pusher machine. It runs on its own terms, not the wheel’s.
Each banner carries a large “GET ₹…+” headline, which we don’t reprint. A headline with a plus sign is marketing; what lands in your balance depends on that activity’s rules.
Before joining either, find three answers in its rules: what earns you a spin or a push, whether prizes arrive as bonus money or withdrawable cash, and when the offer ends.
The first-deposit bonus on the Deposit screen
The y1.com bonus most new depositors meet is not on Cash Promotions. It appears on the Deposit screen under “Promotion amount”, as a “First deposit bonus up to +₹…” option with a green tick.
A green tick means you are opted in. Tap the option to clear it before pressing Pay Now if you want a plain deposit. The “Total” box beside it adds the promotion to your deposit, so it shows at a glance which choice is active.
Directly below sits a line in red. It says that after you take part, your withdrawal is subject to a wagering requirement set at a multiple of the deposit amount. That sentence matters more than anything else on the screen.

Bonus money versus withdrawable balance
Not all of your balance can be cashed out. The Deposit screen shows two cards side by side, Cash balance and Withdrawable.
Cash balance is what you can play with. Withdrawable is the portion you can take out now. While a wagering condition is open, the gap between them is usually money held back until you meet it, so a small Withdrawable figure next to a healthy Cash balance is normal. How wagering works, with a made-up example
Wagering is the total value of bets you must place before held money becomes withdrawable. It counts what you stake, win or lose.
Hypothetical example, not the app’s terms
These round numbers only show the arithmetic. Your real multiple is printed in red on your own Deposit screen and can change.
Imagine depositing ₹2,000 with the bonus ticked, under an invented rule of five times the deposit. The target would be ₹10,000 in total bets. After ₹4,000 of bets, ₹6,000 would remain, however those bets turned out. At ₹10,000 the condition is met, and the remaining balance should move to Withdrawable unless another rule applies.
Raising stakes to clear a target faster also raises what you can lose. If the condition doesn’t suit your budget, untick the bonus before paying.

The sign-up bonus
New accounts are offered a sign-up bonus of ₹500, according to the app’s own advertising. How it is credited, what releases it and whether it expires are set out on the Promotions screen and in its rules.

Why a bonus fails to credit or disappears
Almost every missing bonus traces back to a rule, not a glitch.

The jackpot ranking is a separate competition
The RANKING tab opens a jackpot leaderboard with Day Rank and Week Rank tabs, a countdown and a podium. It is not a Cash Promotions offer.
The pool is described as a share of total bets on selected games, and a notice says how much more you must bet to qualify. Because it rewards betting volume, read its own Rules button before letting it shape how much you play.
Keep offers in proportion
A promotion changes the conditions on your money, never the odds of a game. Fix your budget first, and if bonuses keep stretching your sessions, see responsible gaming.

Frequently asked questions
Can I pay without the first-deposit bonus so my deposit has no wagering attached?
Yes. On the Deposit screen, tap the “First deposit bonus” option so the green tick disappears, then press Pay Now. The red line under that option links the wagering condition to taking part, so an unticked deposit should not carry it. The Total box should then show only your deposit.
Where can I see which Y1.com bonus amounts have been credited to me?
The VIP page has a “View my bonus history” link beside the benefits heading, the closest thing to a bonus record we found. Our Y1.com VIP levels page shows where it sits. For anything missing, contact customer service through the headset icon on the Wallet screen.
Is the jackpot on the RANKING tab part of Cash Promotions?
No. The jackpot ranking is its own leaderboard competition with Day Rank and Week Rank tabs, a History button and a Rules button. Entry depends on your betting on selected games rather than on opting into a banner, so read its Rules button separately.
