Y1.com Terms Explained: The App’s Words in Plain English

How to use this glossary

This page gives Y1.com terms explained the way they appear on your phone, from the gold Cash balance card to the lettered tiers on the EARN tab. Each entry says what the word means inside this app, where you will see it and what to check next.

Tap a letter to jump down the list. We leave out prize amounts, limits and fees on purpose, because those change between app builds. Where a definition mentions a figure, it is marked hypothetical. Words that lead to a task link straight to the matching guide.

A

Agent

The app uses this word in two places: a floating AGENT button that sits above the bottom bar, and an “Agent Rating Description” diagram on the EARN tab’s Rules page. That diagram shows YOU at the top with lettered tiers of invited players branching below, in other words a multi-level referral structure. Nobody needs to pay to become an agent.

APK

Short for Android Package Kit, the file format Android uses to install apps. Y1.com is distributed as an APK from its official link rather than through the Play Store, so your phone treats it as an outside install. Our Y1.com game download guide walks through the permission prompts you will meet.

B

Bonus balance

Money credited by a promotion rather than paid in by you. The Y1.com screens we checked do not show a separate card with this label; bonus money shows up inside Cash balance and stays out of Withdrawable until its wagering condition is met. A gap between the two cards is the clue that bonus rules still apply.

C

Cash balance

The gold card on the left of the Deposit screen. It shows the total amount sitting in your account, which can include money tied up by a promotion. A healthy Cash balance does not mean all of it can leave the app; compare it with the Withdrawable card beside it before you plan a cash-out.

Cash out

In a Crash-style game, tapping the button that locks in your stake times the current multiplier before the round ends. It is not the same as a withdrawal: cashing out only moves the result into your in-app balance. Money reaches your bank only after you use the red Withdraw button in the Wallet.

Crash game

A fast round where a multiplier climbs from the start and stops at a random moment. You win only if you cash out before it stops; wait too long and the stake is lost. Crash has its own entry at the top of the side menu and a tile on the home screen. Rounds are quick, so time slips away easily.

Customer service

The operator’s own support team, reached through the headset icon in the top-right corner of the Wallet and Deposit screens. Only they can look at your account, trace a deposit, release a withdrawal or unlock a profile. Our Telegram answers questions about the guides but cannot see or change anything inside the app.

D

Daily withdrawal limit

The ceiling on how much money can leave your account per day at your current VIP level. It appears as the first of three privilege cards on the VIP tab, next to Free Daily Withdrawals and Withdrawal Fee. A padlock icon on a card means that level is not yet reached. Check the card for your own level before a large cash-out.

Deposit bonus

Extra promotional credit added on top of a payment. On the Deposit screen, the Promotion amount block shows a first-deposit bonus choice marked by a green tick, and preset amount buttons carry small plus badges. Tap the option to include or leave out the bonus. Leaving it out avoids the wagering warning tied to that offer.

I

Invite link

The personal sharing link the EARN tab gives you. According to the Rules tab, a friend must tap it, download and install the app, and finish registering through that same link before a referral is recorded. Signing up any other way, even with the right mobile number afterwards, normally breaks the connection to you.

J

Jackpot ranking

The leaderboard under the RANKING tab. It has Day Rank and Week Rank tabs, each with a countdown, a large JACKPOT counter, and a note that the pool comes from a share of total bets on selected games. A top-three podium sits above the list. A bar at the bottom tells you how much extra betting you need to enter.

K

KYC

Know Your Customer, the identity checks financial and gaming services use to verify who is paying and withdrawing. Y1.com may ask you to prove your identity, or check that the account holder name on your payout details matches your profile, before releasing a withdrawal. Upload documents only inside the app itself, never to a stranger who says they can speed things up.

L

Live casino

Table games and game shows streamed with a real human dealer instead of animated graphics, such as roulette, baccarat or a money wheel. Studios like Evolution specialise in this format. Bets close on a timer, so decisions are rushed and a weak connection can cost you a round. Treat live tables with the same budget discipline as slots.

M

Multiplier

The figure your stake is multiplied by to work out a return. In Crash it rises during the round; in slots it may boost a single win. Hypothetical example: a ₹100 stake cashed out at 2.00× returns ₹200 including the original ₹100. Multipliers are random and past rounds say nothing about the next one.

O

OTP

A one-time password sent by SMS to your mobile number when you register, sign in or reset a password. It proves you hold that SIM right now. Nobody genuine, including us, will ask you to read it out. If it never shows up, follow our page on Y1.com OTP not received.

P

Payment gateway

The third-party service that sits between the Y1.com Deposit screen and your UPI app, carrying the amount across and reporting back whether it went through. When you tap Pay Now, the gateway takes over. That handoff is why the app’s Important notes warn against editing the amount or paying again with a saved QR code or UPI account.

Play Protect

Google’s malware scanner, built into Android phones that carry the Play Store. Because Y1.com arrives as an APK from outside the store, Play Protect may show a warning with options such as “More details” or “Install anyway”. Keep it switched on and run a scan after installing. Provider

The studio that builds and runs a game inside the app. Several side menu entries, such as JILI and Evolution, are provider names, while others such as Slots, Poker and Fishing are game types. A provider’s rules panel is the reliable place for RTP and features. Browse them all in the Y1.com games overview.

Push the Coins

The second banner on the Cash Promotions screen, styled as an arcade coin pusher machine. Like Spin the Wheel, it shows a cash headline on the banner itself. Headline amounts describe the top of a range, not a guaranteed payout, and any credit may carry its own conditions. Details are covered in Y1.com promotions explained.

R

Referral

Bringing a new player into the app through your personal link so the app can credit you under its invite programme. The EARN tab has three tabs: My Rewards, Invitation rewards and Rules. The Rules tab says a friend has to register through your link for it to count. Our Y1.com invite rewards page explains the catches.

Rollover

Another word for a wagering requirement, common on gaming forums and in Telegram groups. The Y1.com app itself uses the phrase “wagering requirement”. Hypothetical example: a ₹1,000 deposit with a 10× rollover would mean placing ₹10,000 of bets before the deposit is free to cash out. Your actual multiple is printed in the app’s own warning line.

RTP

Return to Player, a percentage describing how much a game pays back over a very large number of rounds. It is a long-run theoretical average, not a forecast for your session, and a provider can release versions with different settings. Open a game’s info or rules panel inside Y1.com to read the percentage for that version.

S

Self-exclusion

Choosing to block yourself from gambling for a set period or permanently. We did not find a self-exclusion switch on the Y1.com screens we checked, so ask in-app customer service to close or restrict the account, then uninstall and remove the APK. Pairing that with lower UPI limits makes a relapse harder.

Session limit

A cap on how long you play in one sitting. The Y1.com screens we reviewed do not show a built-in timer, so set one yourself: Android’s Digital Wellbeing app timer or a plain alarm both work. Decide the limit before opening the app. Our responsible gaming page has more practical methods.

Sideloading

Installing an app from a file instead of an official store. Every Y1.com install is a sideload, which is why Android asks for extra permission and may show a Play Protect prompt. Sideloading itself is a normal Android feature; the risk comes from where the file came from, so use only the official link.

Sign-up bonus

A welcome credit for new accounts, shown in the app as ₹500. Who qualifies, and any wagering attached, is set out in the rules on the Promotions screen. It is normally limited to one person, one mobile number and often one device. The Y1.com register guide covers opening an account properly.

Spin the Wheel

One of two offer banners on the Cash Promotions screen, reached from the GET CASH button in the middle of the bottom bar. The banner advertises a cash prize headline over a prize wheel. Prize conditions sit inside the offer, so open it and read its rules before assuming anything will land in your Withdrawable balance.

U

Uid

Your unique user ID, printed under your player name in the profile block of the side menu, with a copy icon beside it. Customer service may ask for it to locate your account quickly. A uid is an identifier, not a password, but anyone promising bonuses in exchange for it is still best ignored.

Unknown sources (Install unknown apps)

The Android permission that lets a particular app, such as Chrome or Files, install APKs. On Android 8 and newer it is granted per app under Settings rather than as one phone-wide switch; older phones called it Unknown sources. Allow it only for the browser you used, then turn it back off once Y1.com is installed.

UPI ID

Your Unified Payments Interface address, usually in the form name@bankhandle, linked to a bank account. Deposits on Y1.com hand you over to a UPI app to approve the payment, and a UPI ID can also be the destination for withdrawals. The app may expect the account holder’s name to match your profile.

UTR number

Unique Transaction Reference, the ID your bank or UPI app attaches to a completed payment. You will find it in the transaction details of the UPI app you paid from. Note it down for every deposit, because customer service can use it to trace money that left your account but has not appeared in Y1.com.

V

VIP level

Your tier on the VIP tab, shown as a badge beside your avatar. A level track runs across the top with a progress counter under each tier, and each level lists its own privilege cards. Levels rise with account activity as described in “View VIP level description”. Reaching one is never a reason to spend more; see Y1.com VIP levels.

Volatility

Describes how a game spreads its payouts. Low-volatility games return smaller amounts more often; high-volatility games go quiet for long stretches and pay larger sums rarely. Volatility does not change the maths in your favour, but it does change how quickly a budget can disappear, so smaller stakes suit swingier titles.

W

Wagering requirement

A condition that says you must place bets worth a set multiple of a deposit or bonus before withdrawing. On Y1.com, a red line under the first-deposit bonus option warns that joining the offer puts your withdrawal under this rule. The multiple is printed in that line, so read it on your own screen rather than trusting a forwarded message.

Withdrawable balance

The orange Withdrawable card next to Cash balance on the Deposit screen. It shows the part of your money you are currently allowed to cash out. If you searched for withdrawable balance meaning because this figure is lower than Cash balance, an unfinished wagering condition is the usual reason. See the Y1.com withdraw guide.

Withdrawal fee

A charge the app may take when you cash out, shown on the third privilege card of the VIP tab. The fee can differ by VIP level, and some levels include a number of free daily withdrawals first. Look at the card for your current level so the amount reaching your bank is not a surprise.
