Rules for Using This Independent Help Centre
Last updated · By Y1.com Help Centre Editorial Team
Agreeing to these terms
These terms govern your use of y1com.pages.dev, referred to here as “the help centre”, “we” or “us”. Reading or using any page means you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site.
Our privacy policy forms part of these terms.
An information site only
The help centre publishes guides, error explanations and screen walkthroughs for the Y1.com Android app. That is all it does.
We do not operate the app or any game in it. We do not hold player money, accept deposits, pay withdrawals, grant bonuses, set VIP privileges or manage accounts. Nothing here is an offer to play, and reading a guide creates no contract between you and the app’s operator. Account and payment matters go to the customer service inside the app.
Age and the law where you live
You may use the help centre only if you are at least 18 years old. You are also responsible for finding out whether real-money gaming is allowed where you are, and for following that law, before you install an app or pay any money. See the legal note below and our responsible gaming page.
No promise of accuracy
We test the app on Android phones and date what we check, but the operator can change screens, rules, offers and limits without telling us. Content is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranty that any page is complete, current or free of errors. Before acting on a guide, check the details against the app’s own screens, especially wagering conditions, withdrawal rules and anything involving money.
Sponsored links and commission
Download buttons on the help centre are sponsored links. We may receive a commission when someone installs the app or registers after using one. The commission has no bearing on the instructions or warnings we publish, and a sponsored link is not an endorsement of the operator, its offers or its practices.
Third-party downloads are at your own risk
The APK file, the link service that delivers it and the app itself all come from third parties. Installing an app from outside the Play Store means granting the Install unknown apps permission and accepting that the file has not been reviewed by Google’s store.
You decide whether to download, install and use any third-party software or service, and you do so at your own risk and under that party’s terms. We are not responsible for another party’s app, website, payouts, account decisions, security or behaviour. That includes Telegram accounts other than the one linked from this site.
Trademarks, logos and game images
The Y1.com name and logo, game titles, provider names, game thumbnails and app screenshots are owned by whoever holds the rights in them. We show them only to identify and explain what you will see in the app, and their appearance does not suggest any partnership or approval.
Our own original text and layout belong to the help centre. You are welcome to link to any page, but please do not copy guides wholesale onto another site.
Fair use of the site
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the help centre’s pages for commercial purposes.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
- Do not pretend to be our team, or use our name to request money, OTPs, PINs or passwords.
- Do not send spam, threats or unlawful material to our Telegram account.
Not financial or legal advice
Nothing on the help centre is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Real-money games can lose you money and are not a source of income. For decisions about money or the law, speak to a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
As far as Indian law allows, the help centre and its editorial team are not liable for any direct or indirect loss connected with your use of the site or reliance on its content. This covers, for example, money lost while playing, delayed or refused withdrawals, suspended accounts, damage from installed software, and losses caused by third-party links or people impersonating us.
Where a liability cannot legally be excluded, these terms do not exclude it.
Governing law
Indian law applies to these terms. Any dispute about the help centre falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a revision means you accept it.
If something in these terms is unclear, ask us on Telegram. Our contact page explains what to include.
Legal note for India
Real-money online gaming is legally restricted in India. The central Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits offering, operating, facilitating and advertising online money games, and several states have their own bans. Check the law that applies where you live. This site does not encourage playing where it is not permitted.
