Y1.com App Not Opening: Stop the Crash or Frozen Loading Screen
Short answer
If the Y1.com app is not opening, force stop and reopen it, then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data with any VPN or Private DNS off. Next clear the cache (not the data), set date and time to automatic, and install the latest APK over the top. Reinstall only as a last step; your account stays with your mobile number.

“App keeps stopping”
What it means: the app crashed. Android shows the app’s name in place of “App”, usually with Close app and App info buttons. A stale cache, an outdated build or very low storage are the usual triggers.
“Stuck on the loading screen”
What you notice: the logo or progress bar appears, but the home screen never does. It’s the most common Y1.com app not opening symptom, and it usually points to the connection: a VPN, Private DNS, a data restriction or a wrong clock.
Quick fix
Force stop and reopen
Go to Settings → Apps → Y1.COM → Force stop, then open it from its icon. Swiping it off recent apps doesn’t always close it fully.
Swap networks
Turn Wi-Fi off to use mobile data, or the reverse, and disconnect any VPN.
Clear the cache only
In the app’s Storage page, tap Clear cache. Leave Clear storage alone for now.
Causes and how to tell
| Cause | How to tell | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Stale or corrupted cache | Crashes began after an update | Clear cache |
| Outdated build | You haven’t updated in a long while | Install the latest APK over the top |
| Blocked connection | Loads on one network but not another | VPN off; Private DNS Off or Automatic |
| Battery or data saver | Works only while charging or on Wi-Fi | Set the app to Unrestricted |
| Wrong date or time | Browsers show certificate errors too | Turn on automatic date and time |
| Low storage | Storage nearly full; the phone feels slow | Free space, then restart |
| WebView fault | Several apps started crashing the same day | Update Android System WebView and Chrome |

Fix the connection behind a stuck loading screen
A loading screen that never finishes usually means the app can’t reach its servers.
- Try the other network. Public, office and college Wi-Fi often filter gaming traffic, so mobile data may work where Wi-Fi doesn’t.
- Close any VPN completely, including an always-on VPN under Settings → Network & internet → VPN.
- Set Private DNS to Off or Automatic (on Samsung, under Connections → More connection settings). Ad-blocking DNS can silently block the addresses the app loads from.
- Open any web page on the same network to prove the connection works.
Clear cache first, data only if needed
Clearing the cache removes temporary files and keeps you signed in. Clearing data resets the app to how it was on day one.
Open the app’s storage page
Go to Settings → Apps → Y1.COM → Storage & cache (just Storage on some brands).
Tap Clear cache and reopen
Give it one full attempt on a good connection.
Still failing? Clear storage
Tap Clear storage or Clear data. You’ll be signed out, but the account itself is untouched. Sign back in with the Y1 com game login guide.
Update by installing the latest APK over the top
An old build may stop working with the current servers, so updating often cures crashes and loading freezes alike.
Get the newest file
Download it from the official link in the Y1.com game download guide.
Install without uninstalling
Open the file and tap Update or Install. Android replaces the app and keeps its saved data. A conflict message means your copy came from elsewhere; follow Y1.com app not installed.
Lift phone restrictions: battery, data, clock and storage
- Battery: set Settings → Apps → Y1.COM → Battery to Unrestricted (No restrictions on Xiaomi). On Samsung, also remove the app from Sleeping apps and Deep sleeping apps.
- Data Saver: turn it off, or allow unrestricted data for Y1.COM.
- Date and time: in Settings → System → Date & time, turn on automatic time and time zone. A wrong clock breaks secure connections.
- Storage: a nearly full phone struggles to run apps. Clear space, then restart.
- WebView: if several apps began crashing together, update Android System WebView and Chrome from the Play Store.
Reinstall as a last resort
Reinstalling wipes the app from the phone, not your account. Balance, VIP level and history stay with your mobile number.
Uninstall and restart
Remove Y1.COM from Settings → Apps, then restart the phone.
Install a fresh copy and sign in
Download the APK again from the official link, install it and sign in with the same number. No code arriving? See Y1.com OTP not received.

Still stuck?
If a fresh install on a working connection still won’t load, the cause may be on the operator’s side, such as maintenance, and only customer service can say for sure.
In-app customer service
They can check for server trouble or an account issue that stops loading. If the app opens even briefly, reach them through the headset icon on the Wallet or Deposit screen.

We can run through your phone settings with you and say whether other readers have described the same freeze. We can’t see server status or your account.
For a crash or loading freeze, include:
- Phone model and Android version
- Which symptom you see, with a screenshot or short screen recording
- When it started, and whether it followed an app update, a phone update or a new VPN
- Whether it fails on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and what you’ve already tried
Diagnosing a crash never involves your password, sign-in code or UPI PIN, so don’t type them into any chat.
Frequently asked questions
Does clearing storage for the app delete my balance?
No. Clearing storage removes what the app saved on your phone, such as your signed-in session and settings. Your balance, VIP progress and records belong to the account linked to your mobile number, so they come back when you sign in again. Expect to verify with a code, as the login guide explains.
Why does the app load on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi?
The Wi-Fi network is probably filtering the connection. Office, college and hostel networks often restrict gaming traffic, and some home routers use ad-blocking DNS. Stay on mobile data for now, or restart the router and check its DNS and parental-control settings.
Will a factory reset fix the crash?
It is rarely needed. Work through every step on this page first, including a clean reinstall. A factory reset erases everything on the phone and only helps when Android itself is damaged.
If you do reset, back up photos and chats first. Your Y1.com account isn’t affected, because it’s tied to your mobile number.
